Na een brand in de Quick Stop zijn Randal en Dante (Jeff Anderson en Brian O'Halloran) genoodzaakt om een nieuwe baan te zoeken. Het wordt Mooby's, één van de vele fast food restaurants die New Jersey rijk is. Ze worden bijgestaan door de gelovige Elias en manager Becky. Terwijl Randal nog steeds weigert om volwassen te worden, lijkt Dante eindelijk gesetteld. Hij is klaar om zijn 'McJob' vaarwel te zeggen, te trouwen met zijn vriendin Emma (Jennifer Schwalbach-Smith) en een nieuw leven te beginnen in Florida als eigenaar van een car wash. Maar de dag verloopt niet zoals Dante het graag had gewild...

A calamity at Dante and Randall's shops sends them looking for new horizons - but they ultimately settle at Mooby's, a fictional Disney-McDonald's-style fast-food empire.
